If fraud is confirmed, winnings may be voided and balances returned in accordance with applicable protocols.

288bet offers various promotional bonuses to Pakistani players including, without limitation, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. The following general terms apply to all 288bet bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per person, per household address, per device, and per IP address.

All sports betting and other wagering activities on 288bet are governed by the following general betting rules, which apply in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are accepted and settled at the discretion of 288bet. 288bet reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at any time without providing reasons.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.

288bet reserves the right to investigate and void bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, or corruption involving any sporting event. 288bet cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and regulatory authorities in such investigations.

All casino games available on the 288bet platform — including slots, live dealer table games, Teen Patti, crash games, virtual sports, and all other game categories — operate under the following general casino rules:

• All games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensuring fair, unbiased, and unpredictable outcomes on every game round.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game's information panel. RTPs reflect the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game software malfunction or disconnection mid-round, 288bet's system will record the game state at the last valid point. Outcomes generated during system errors are void, and affected wagers are returned to the player's account.

288bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which this power may be exercised include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual
• Conduct deemed abusive, threatening, or harmful to 288bet, its staff, or other players
• Request from a law enforcement body or regulatory authority

Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding breaches, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within standard processing timelines. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288bet's total liability to any player in connection with the platform and these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's 288bet account at the time the claim arises.

288bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer malfunction, or any other commercial damages or losses.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288bet holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

Nothing in this clause prevents 288bet from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
